Posted By Alex Ashcroft Good Morning everyone. I have just returned from visiting one of our sites in Budapest Hungary. They are erecting our Pallet Racking System for our Romanian group company (Order Issued From Romania)we have employed a Local Sub-Contract team of erectors, who have a good record or work. I found upon arrival that No one wears any form of PPE, They climb onto racking to work (9.1 Metres)have a total dis-regard form any What we call Health & Safety)when I approached the company they insist this is ok in their country!! and they do not have any Health & Safety Guideline to meet?? Questions: - 1 Where can I confirm with regard to local H&S? 2 Now I have visited, the site and seen what is being done is there any comeback on me or my company? Any Help appreciated. Alex

Posted By Alan Haynes You could try this website http://hesa.etui-rehs.org/uk/links.asp#cat50 but you may need to be able to read Hungarian!
Otherwise - how about asking your local Inspector over here for contacts?
