Posted By rks we have a bit of an issue that needs resolving on our site. whilst pouring concrete columns with the shutters in place of a platform connected to the column there is an issue of falling off the access ladder and over the edge protection. Has anyone any knowledge of good ladder protection that can be used in these instances? regards.

Posted By willhiem are they doka or peri equipment they're using? both supply comprehensive material on edge protection and handrails etc. i have the doka one but its a pretty big file, maybe try googling it, i cant see why it wouldnt be on their webpage. if in desperate need i can stick it up on sendspace.

Posted By rks its for the ladders. Due to there location the angle of the ladder will afford a fall possibly over the edge of the building. they are using timber ladders at the moment but possibly we may cange to steel.
