Posted By Anthony Edwards Hi, I would like to think that everybody wants a safer working environment, to that end is there any incentives for employers when spending money on Health and safety, I am thinking more of tax etc, rather than the economics of accidents, down time of machinery, accident investigation etc. regards Nutty

Posted By CFT Nutty Not specifically, but with most things they can be interpreted to your advantage for the odd board presentation. The 'enhanced capital allowance scheme' whilst NOT directly H&S related is one such area a profit making organisation can make some serious savings and apportion some of the expense towards 'health & well being'. As I suggest, very loose, but never-the-less 'related directly from a taxation break point-of-view. CFT
