Hi,

We have just moved into new premises and I am in the process of kitting out the First Aid room.

Is there anything we legally have to have for example couch, wash basin etc

The Regulations just state that employers shall provide such equipment and facilities as are adequate...

Details on what should be considered are in the guidance accompanying the ACoP (L74, available from HSE Books)
