Posted By dangermouse Good morning forum, i work in an industry where children (13-16 year olds) often help with horses etc. As i understand it a law (is it the vulnerable children's act?) will change meaning a CRB check will need to be done on all employee's if the business is not a sole trader (as they are exempt?) can anyone help me find this legislation or a site giving me a summary of dates for imlementation etc. thanks, you are always so helpful...if a little cruel sometimes lol!

Posted By Tabs http://www.crb.gov.uk/ Good place to start, if they haven't written anything about it yet, use the "Contact us" link. I found them responsive (but not flexible).
