If a site manager agrees to allow 15 coaches to park overnight on site and allows football fans to also park their vehicles (approx 250) on site before transferring into the coaches to go to the footy match and the Manager receives free tickets to the match does this constitute payment in the eyes of the law and would this make the company more liable if an accident were to occur when fans, including children, were transferring into the coaches etc?

I wounder if the tax man knows of the 'benefit' or your insurers know of the situation
You are at risk as this could be deemed as part of the 'undertaking' and therefore you need proper systems
Common law etc does apply
