Posted By Lukasz Can someone explain how it is with notifying HSE if we are coming to do some work which should last originally 2 weeks and then after 2 weeks it is extended... Whose responsibility is then to notify HSE by F10?

Posted By CFT Lukasz Where a project under CDM but not notifiable exceeds the '30 working days; or involve more than 500 person days', as long as it is a 'small' project that requires a 'short' extension or a short term increase in the workforce size, there is no need to to notify HSE. Any significant change however would require notification by way of F10; that would then be the clients responsibility. (Source: HSC CDM 2007 regulations by ACoP reg 2(3) & 21) CFT
