Advice please? Am i right in thinking that at each streetworks site, where work is undertaken. there must a be a resident ticket holder present at all times?

or is it that the traffic management can be set up by certified person and then checked every so often???

Between them the operatives must hold all the relevant certifications for the work in hand. The question of supervision is entirely separate.

Signing and guarding is a core requirement and one anticipates that all will therfore be so trained. Remaining activities contained in other modules can be shared out among the gang/workforce.
