What update are you referring to? The regs have not been changed. However the HSE has "by the back door" released a new F10 and revised guidance on completing the new SIX page form, although they have had several attempts at trying to get it right, and to be quite honest they have been far from professional and I believe it is still "work in progress".

Unfortunately we will all have to keep copies of the old form and use them because I think the HSE have gone past the point of no return with their electronic database with probable millions spent on it. At least we will keep an army of civil servants in work logging the old forms onto the database.
