Hi Guys and Girls,

Just some clarification please (and yes it did happen).

We operate in and run a warehouse owned by the customer. Another company operate within the top floor of the warehouse (separate from us). We however, have employees who also operate within the top floor area.

One of our employees working in this area, tripped over an orange safety cone, resulting in him breaking his wrist and becoming a RIDDOR.

Now its gone in our accident book and also theirs as he was seen both both companies first aiders. Now the question is, who reports it as a RIDDOR?

Thank you

Si
(and its a Monday and my brain won't work!)
