Hi,

I have been tasked with presenting a seminar to the MD and his senior management team on their roles and responsibilities within our OH and S management system. I can't wait, and have lots to tell them (!). Where I'm struggling is finding ways to make the session more interactive, whilst still related to R and R's, rather than just delivering a 'classroom style' presentation.

Any ideas would be very welcome,

Many thanks

Stu

What about using some relevant case law, both criminal and civil to embellish your presentation. Many 'interesting' cases to choose from. If you have any problems with relevant cases contact me direct with some topics and I will check my archive.
