Posted By Paul Hi all.
Does any one know who if any one - e.g. police, fire & rescue, local council, etc. needs to be informed if a renovated office bulding (used by ~500 residents) is being put back to use.
I can not recall any reg's that may stipulate this and searches in internet did not help much either. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you. Paul

Posted By Paul Thanks Paul.
It looks like OSR1 is for new business. In my case this is just one of the buildings of long established business.
Judging by the number of responses, it feels like it is not something people often deal with. Thanks for you help anyway.
Paul.
