Morning all.

Does anybody know of a good course supplier for fire risk assessments in the Grimsby or surrounding area.

Travelling is'nt a problem, and the price is'nt either (to a degree!) as this will be a company funded course, but obviously the course needs to have a good content and be able to increase the competencys that are required.

Many thanks for your anticipated help.

You could try Right Action Fire. www.rightaction.co.uk

I have used them in the past, but not sure what courses they now offer. They are in Grimsby, near the A180.

Yes I know someone who is very, very good.

The person I know has run them for various organisations as well as formerly delivering NEBOSH Dip 1 & 2 courses.

Email me and I can try and answer any other questions you may have.

We are in North Lincs and can help but generally only provide courses if demand warrants so would need at least 6 to 8 persons.
We provide a wide range of other courses as well and if you contact me directly I will try to help either directly or by putting you in touch with others who can.

I would recommend that you contact the institute of fire engineers and go on one of the courses they recognise/approve that way you will be able to become a member at an appropriate grade and join their register of approved assessors. We let our training section source one for us. The 3 day course was ok, no more, but unfortunately isn't recognised by the institute thus we would need to do an additional course of study to get on. more time and cost.

Hope this helps

Cheers
