I have ordered copies of the Scientific & Archaeological ACoP for the Diving at Work Regulations 1997 but have a meeting with HSE on 3rd June and worried won't have arrived to me in time.

Does anyone has access to or know of an online version of these.

Andrew,

Where are you based? If you have a University close to you the chances are they might have a copy which they could loan you.

Based at Zoological Society of London - UCL is just down the road. I suppose I could check if they have a copy through one of the Institute of Zoological's students.

Not suggesting a copy of the ACoPs - although moderator makes valid point - but looking for the genearl gudiance that it gives in the event that my copy does not arrive before meeting.

Andrew.

The Acops are often on web sites such as HSE direct, barbour index etc. Some will give you a free X day trial. have a look on Google.

Am not familiar with the Archaeological project one but I know the Recreational Diving Projects ACOP quite well. If you are familiar with risk assessment principles and diving practices nothing in the Acop will come as a surprise to you. I think there is a section on the HSE web site dedicated to Diving, buts its a while since I looked.

Good Luck

Don't usually put my post nominal but hopefully should give you confidence in this case.
