Hi,

i have been asked to draft some terms and conditions for our new occupational health service.

Does anyone know of any templates i can use?

or what sort of information needs to be included?

Many Thanks,

Dave, I rather think that this is something that needs a considerable and considered response. A fair request, but huge. We operate one of the oldest in-house occupational health services in the UK. Been going since before the NHS was formed. So there may be someone who could help you. But can you narrow the field a little?

T and C for what? Provision, clinical governance, range of services / benefits, treatment centers, costings etc

If I can help, I'd be delighted, but a bit more explanation would be good - 'cos I know that's what they'll ask me!

Regards

Chris

Hi Dave - unfortunately some employers think we know everything.

But it is vital that anyone involved in Health and Safety guidance understands their own limitations.

I am not having a go at you, and all credit to you for having a go, but there comes a time when people need to put their hands up and say "I cant do this". This does not reflect badly on you if you cant. If you can, well done and good on you.

However, as Cris has intimated, this is a massive task.

Best of luck.

Dave
