Posted By C.J. I am looking for advice regarding displaying notification in multi site CDM notifaable projects. The CDM Regs are very clear stating that 'the particulars... are displayed in a readible condition in a position where they can be read by any worker engaged in the construction work' Would the HSE still expect the Principal Contractor to do this even if a project involved 1000+ sites, each to be worked on for a few hours by 2-4 persons? The Project as a whole is notifiable but the individual sites would not be. Any advice would be appreciated.

Posted By Robert K Lewis If you are breaking it down to say the indicvidual sites are separate jobs there is no need to notify the whole project. On the other hand the best way is to notify the project as a whole and provide a programme for the individual sites. This is best done via your own local area office. Bob

Posted By Ron Hunter Whichever way you break the Project down, you are required to provide adequate welfare facilities. Post copies of it there.
