Posted By Chris Jerman Rob, that's a pretty general 'ask'. You may do better with a checklist to start with. How do you risk assess a space? The problems come with what you do in there and what else is in there (or lacking) with you. The difficulty doesn't usually come from the space; it's usually the lack of it, fixed or transient hazards, difficulty in rescue / access, environmental conditions, atmosphere, communications - the list goes on. I'm sure someone will help out - but a little more context might be in order. Perhaps if you could paint a picture of the nature of the work. Hold of a ship, leg of a gas platform, manhole in the street cupboard under the stairs - see the problem? Regards Chris
