Learned colleagues
I am being asked the question of my senior management to point them in the right direction for some information regarding workers sleeping on site!
The scenario is the client has employed direct labour to complete various sections of his house and wants us, as Prinicpal Contractor to allow them to remain on site when we have finished for the day threby allowing them to sleep, eat use facilities etc.
The work is CDM notifiable as the client is a company and the house will be used for work activities also...presently even basic facilities are not yet available within the property
Cheers
Gerry

First stop is your insurer. Second stop is the local fire service.
By the time they have finished with you, a hotel might seem easier ;-)
