Posted By Gordon Pringle Has anyone else come across the requirement to test horse hair plaster for anthrax? 4 years ago a contract firm was stripping plaster out of an old railway building and work was halted whilst test results came back from a sample sent for anthrax testing on the horse hair that was enclosed in it. Is this regular practice and is there any legal requirement?

Posted By Chas The issue of anthrax in plaster has been discussed a number of times in the past. Do a search on the OSH Discussion Forum.
