Hi All,

I'm sure that someone will have knowledge about this subject.
We currently have a John Deere sit on tractor (model 455) for cutting grass by our groundsmen. However we are struggling to get information from the manafacturer about angles of slopes on which we can use them whilst cutting grass.
Does anybody know of any relevant information sources which may shed some light on the recommended slope angle for grass cutting?

Thanks
Allan

AIS 25 "safe use of agricultural mowers" single copy free from hse books.
You are travelling up and down the gradient (as opposed to across the slope) aren't you?
Avoid turning across a slope.
