No hazardous materials - training and advisings only - so far!

Posted By jervis Hello i work for the nhs and have 4 uniforms we look after our own get new ones when warn out or damaged. There is also away of claiming some money back from the washing and ironing of work uniforms. Sorry to say at present cant think what is called [to much drink last night].

I have worked for several companies that provide laundry facilities for what I would call dirty clothing i.e. overalls. Although general uniforms the individual has been responsible for cleaning, etc.
You can claim a tax rebate for the latter, as long as the uniform has your employer's name on it. The tax office should be able to advise you how much it is.
