I inhereted a project from another firm of CDM-C's and the PC submitted his initial CPP for coimment syaing that it had already been rejected by the previous CDM-C as being too brief, he wanted some help in getting it up to spec, however, it was a small refurb job and the PC had used App 3 as his guide, it had lots of site plans all marked up, it had the contact details of who was doing what, a response to the Hazard Register. In short it told me all I needed to know and gave me a good idea of the project before meeting the PC on site.

It seemed to me that it was rejected because it didn't look big enough - give a me a small(ish) very relevant document than 'War and Peace' any time.
