Posted By ian_f Building Regulation AD Parts K and M along with BS 8300:2001. Also the CAE's Designing for Accessibility (ISBN 1 85946 143 3) is very good. Hope this helps.

Posted By Derek Housley In reference to BS 5810:1979 this has now been replaced by BS 8300:2001. The COP is now entitled "Design of Buildings and their approaches to meet the needs of disabled people" A good read at 156 pages, but be mindful of your fire risk assessment / PEEP (personal emergency evacuation plan) for disabled egress as well.
