A PC has asked for our procedure for working with other trades on site.

Do others have procedures for this?

Is there any guidance available? I can't seem to find anything on the HSE website and INDG268 appears to be no longer available.

Any advice would be appreciated as I need to get this done asap.

Thanks

Co-ordination and proper and safe sequencing of works and trades/interaction on Site is the responsibility of the PC. My response would be:
(a) that I would follow the reasonable instruction issued by PC or his agent, and
(b) I would promptly communicate any issue which could have an effect on works sequencing (late/wrong delivery, weather limitations and the like) and
(c) that I would promptly report anything to him/his nominated agent anything I considered to be unsafe/potentially unsafe, and
(d) I would fully involve and make best use of safety representatives in my employ.
(e) I would ensure representation at regular Site Meetings called by the PC to keep a handle on all the above.
