Hi,
I believe Cardinus run this sort of training for DSE (and some other topics) either internet or intranet. Have been involved with intranet DSE system, very good if you can afford it, but tends to produce a lot more work than the old paper based DSE self-assessment. See their website:

You will find PPTs on my website,

http://www.web-safety.com/Exchange/index.htm

These have been provided free by the authors for use by others in the profession.

In answer to your quiery an organisation called 'Alison' has health and safety on-line tests. They cover quite a few areas such as noise, DSE.

You can register with them at www.alison.com free of charge and then use the materials. They are easy to use and follow and when tests are completed participants can print out a certificate.

We have used them for teacher training with positive feedback.

Try Human Focus. They have a full online H&S training suite, for a fee.

In the past I have used ATF solutions. Its good because theres a test at the end and the questions are swapped about so its harder for people to fiddle.!!
