Afternoon,

Under Schedule 3 of the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994 and the Waste
Management Licensing (England and Wales) (Amendment and Related Provisions) (No.2)
Regulations 2005, there are some activities relevant to the Company’s activities that are
exempt from waste management licensing ... however i am struggling to find the new schedule (if it exists) in the Environmental Permitting Regulations 2007 ?

Any Enviro geniuses out there?

The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 have made changes to the exemption regime. This guide details which exemptions have changed, and how.

Refer to:-

http://www.environment-a...cs/permitting/32322.aspx

It is my understanding that under the previous regime, you had to "register" the exemptions!

This might help. The waste exemptions are under review...

This link lists a number of simple exemptions.
