Posted By A Campbell Hi all, I'm looking at introducing some kpi systems for senior management. Although starting from scratch I'm wondering if anyone has a basic template for such things as I am looking at both retail, manufacturing, fm, warehouse. Any assistance would be gratefully received that I could develop. Tony

Posted By FAH You could do a lot worse than either buy the HSE Reports on the Buncefield Incident or trawl through the freely accessible documents on the HSE web-site. You don't identify which particular type of industry, but really that is less important as the Buncefield reports give you loads of clues & ideas on Performance Indicators that can be translated into most industries.. Posted By Robert K Lewis Fully in agreement with Bob Y. All KPIs should be clearly linked to the objectives and targets of an organisation. Please do not make it matters such as reducing accidents as the minute the figure is breached people lose heart and the emphasis disappears. Look rather to %ges of training targets met by specified dates. Numbers of inspections by line managers etc. etc. Bob
