Hi All,

I don't suppose anyone has a Toolbox Talk giving a brief overview of CDM with site operatives being the target audience. It needs to be really basic.

I would advise that you concentrate on day to day matters first starting with high risk areas as a task talk about a law and its various bits may not be beneficial direct enough etc i.e.

"CDM is one of the laws that deals with construction and its component parts are ......"

Is not as meaningful as

"here is the emergency procedure for this site ........"

Totally with Ron and Bob. TBTs are not the vehicle for this type of material. Only part 4 has real day to day relevance for operatives and each of the regs in this part merit their own TBT.
