I am trying to find some generic procedures/ safe systems of work for delivering and collecting equipment to/from domestic premises. I would be most grateful if anybody has any or knows of any good guidance.

Steve you do not say what sort of equipment your are delivering e.g. size, weight, shape etc. so hard to comment.

The equipment is NHS equipment and ranges from large equipment such as beds and Hoists to small equipment such as handrails to toilet seats.
