Posted By John McConway I am studying Health and Safety. For my paper I need to explain the difference between Safety Passport schemes and certification schemes. I know what a certification scheme is (thanks to lots of useful info on that topic on the discussion forum) but is there a recognised definition of what Safety Passport schemes are? On the HSE’s INDG381 it says ‘Some Certification Schemes operate like Passports’. So how do I tell the difference????? I need to be able to quote references. Names of actual ‘owners’ would also be helpful. Thanks. John
