Yossarian,

A (non-safety) colleague of mine also saw this article at the weekend and recommended that I also read it.

I felt this was one of the better researched (and written) articles on the negative (and positive) aspects Health and Safety that I have read for a long time.

I for one feel that Cath Janes ought to be praised for article which must have taken 1-2 days of her time to research and craft.
