Posted By David Passmore Without knowing the details of the "steep slopes" within the workplace in question, are these slopes used solely for pedestrians or as I would suspect, may be used for mechanical handling equipment as well? If the latter is the case, the provision of a handrail could be beneficial - not just as an aid to pedestrians using the ramp, but to segregate pedestrians from forktrucks/ped. trucks etc. DP
