Dear All,
Can anyone advise me as to the best choice when it comes to glasses or goggles?

The type of work undertaken by the company I work for is installing suspended ceiling, dry lining and the installation of partition walls.

I understand the risk assessment should determine what is to be worn however, is there a preferred choice?

Many thanks in advance.

Goggles offer better protection against fine dust falling from above but are generally heavier, less well ventilated and poorer vision, so less likely to be used.

As previously mentioned goggles also stop a lot of airborne particles also if the workers wear glasses then it is possible to wear goggles over the top, if nail guns are being used make sure the goggles are rated for high impact
