Fibreglass is glass fibre, RCF is Refactory Ceramic Fibre...

True, but neither 'glass' nor 'ceramic' defines a single chemical substance.
RCF and fibreglass are both likely to be silicates, and their physical form is likely to be fibres.

Fibre Glass is a form of Silica (SiO2). Fiberglass, (also called fibreglass and glass fibre), is material made from extremely fine fibers of glass. Refractory Ceramic Fibre (RCF)is a structure composed of Alumino Silicate. RCF is a category 2 carcinogen under EU classification. This is used for a number of specialist high temperature insulation applications within various industries.
