Posted By GaryC40 Hi, Just a quick note to fellow forum members - Although i do not always agree with some of the views held by some members, i have to say that this forum facility is excellent. In the short time i have been a member i have found feedback and assistance received very welcome and useful to my present role and study. It is very easy to develop an insular attitude and opinion in this profession, so reading about others' views and experiences certainly helps to develop a more tolerant and open approach to HS management. I think it also clearly demonstrates that good old fashioned civility and friendliness is still very much alive. This doesn't mean i gone all soft of course :) Gary

Posted By Safety officer Yes I agree it really helps to get others opinions or just to get confirmation that you are on the right track.
