Posted By steveramson Hi, I have an interview for a Health and safety Manager post, which requires me to present 'Key responsibilities of a newly appointed Health and Safety Manager'. Any suggestions,tips would be greatly appreciated

Posted By David Bannister Steve, if you have not already done so I suggest that you find out what those key responsibilities are, either by referring to the job description or asking. Refer to the organisation's website and other published material to try and find out whether they have any issues that are peculiar to them or their sector. If you can, structure your presentation with questions to the audience to try and get "live" feedback and if necessary, adapt, amend and overcome. Be sure of your timeframe for presenting and allow time for interruptions, questions and audience chat in addition to your formal input. Be sure that however you decide to deliver your message you can do it with confidence. If you are relying on technology, expect a glitch! Good luck.
