Posted By TBC Sounds more a case for local Environmental Officers to be aware of what is going on in their area of responsibility. If and when any company closes down for whatever reason then a full decommissioning takes place to ensure the buildings are left in a safe state. This sounds a bit like a paint stripping operation that just closed the doors and walked away. I do hope the child makes a good recovery.
