Hi all,
I am in the process of reviewing our accident investigation forms, I would like to include a Body Map so that the location and extend of injuries are marked. I know this would not be a suitable replacement for photographs when required but I think it will help our managers in understanding the detail to which a good investigation needs to go to.

I would appreciate if anyone could share some body maps with me for this purpose and I would value your views of the subject.

thanks in advance

Juan,

Try this...
http://www.devon.gov.uk/text/7.body_maps-2.pdf

Body mapping is fine for quick reference but unless you have back up by means of medical report of extent of injuries sustained you may only be showing partial information.

When I write a report I can only put part of body and initial injuries sustained pending clarification from a medical practitioner.
