I am looking at running a 'Focus' on safety campaign at work and like the idea of FOCUS being an acronym of positive safety messages.

I am having a creative dilemma and hope that others out there might be able to help me out with what I may be able to use.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Ken

Find hazardous activity
Observe hazardous activity
Curse as those involved are injured while being observed
Understand that activity should have been risk assessed first
Safe Systems of Work should have been provided too.
