I have been instructed from my Employer that I need to make an environmental management plan for an upcoming project. The problem is I dnt really have any environmental experience or training. I prodominantely am H&S. Can anyone help me with a template. It would be much appreciated.

If you're not competent then should you be doing this? I do not see the benefit of trying to fit other organisation's plans when they might be totally be inappropriate.
I would suggest advising your management that you do not have the required competence, or if you wish to expand into this area get the to fund some training to make you competent and this would be part of the development package...training you and getting their EMP undertaken.
