Posted By Richard Altoft Steven, very good piece - this is what this forum needs from time to time -- something grown up from someone who can speak with authority and which is reported by someone who can write with style. This then gives sound material to the real H&S pros at the sharp end to use to lift the profession and themselves away from trivia and gloom It should be copied and pinned on every H&S notice board in every workplace across the nation. Go on -- do it, everyone and do it now. R

Posted By Sally I agree, it was a very good article and gave a balanced view of the profession. It also gave more detail of the interview which Judith Hackitt gave which was particularly interesting.
