If one exists it should come from the supplier as they are obliged to provide it.

No, it would be unlikely that all plasters are the same - and we haven't been told whether this is a plaster that is set already, in the form of plasterboard, or whether it is the unmixed product.
As the previous respondent stated, the manufacturer/supplier should be able to oblige.
