Posted By Pete48 Merv, thanks for this snippet. My favourite bits are the recognition that the world doesn't always work according to the risk assessment predictions and that sometimes an assessment is nothing more than quote "an expression of honest ignorance". I have seen and participated in many of those in my working life. Maybe the writer has touched upon the real reasons why conkers bonkers has such a long shelf life?
