PUWER risk assessment and training manuals

Good afternoon I have been asked to assist one of my managers in completing PUWER risk assessment for the following machinery:
Lathe
Universal milling machine
Horizontal milling machine
Pillar drill
Surface grinder
Band saw

This machinery is old and I am looking for examples of risk assessment that will meet PUWER requirements and example training manuals that would deem a person 'competent'


Does anyone have any examples that I could look at. Thanks in advance

to help in the assessment use the BSEN machinery guide

The exact BSEN name escapes me at this time [1050 seems to hit a spot!] so perhaps somebody else could provide it?
