I’m searching for diving accident video can anybody tell me where can I find such video, I want from the internet softcopy not VHS or DVD, do not forget I need it free.

It depends on what type of diving your after? Sports, nitrox, trimix, rebreather, commercial air, commercial sat, etc etc.
There is a good video on the HSE's website that involved a cameraman and a rebreather that hadnt been maintained properly
