Posted By desertwellie Hi all One of my clients recently had an employee injure themselves (fracture to a hand) while working in Monaco (Yes, at the Grand Prix). I know it is not reportable under RIDDOR, as it is outside the GB territorial waters, but does anyone know of the equivalent to RIDDOR reporting in Monaco, if there is one! Obviously, I have instructed my client to complete their own accident forms, carry out an investigation, etc. Thanks in advance!

Posted By desertwellie Thanks for that, Ian. In a roundabout way, I got to the relevant authority!
