Posted By Ian Bruce Dear All, We are about to undergo a stringent H&S audit at one of our locations soon by an external agency. During a pre-audit meeting, the representative from the agency suggested we have a record for formal visual inspection of our hand pallet trucks. I could probably put one together, but am running out of time, if anyone out there has a template I could plagarise, I would be very grateful. Thanks in anticipation.
