Hi, Rather than re-invent the wheel can anyone send me a template or suggest the best way to carry out a work at height risk assessment for a single site factory. Should i do a in depth assessment which includes all tasks or an holistic approach and seperate task assessments?

The WAHR don't require their own distinct R/A approach. Normal R/A template should apply.Heirachy of controls as per the Regs & Guidance. The hazard is quite simply 'falls' - of objects and persons, the risk group including those below.
