Posted By W P F Having done a site audit at one of our established sites, it is evident that supervisors aren't (not all of them anyway) managing the safety elements of their job. I was wanting to do a site training session to re-focus safety and wondered if anyone had some good presentations, clips etc which to deliver a hard hitting presentation.
I'm looking at a couple of DVD's which I have but would like to consider any elements which they may miss. The session is next Thursday, so will accept any ideas on clips etc. or prepared PPT's slides which to formulate.
Thanks

Posted By Kieran J Duignan The website www.istockphoto.com offers literally millions of low-cost images which can easily be used for your stated purpose. May I respectfully suggest that you review your apparent assumption that training is an appropriate response to the non-compliance you refer to. There may be valid reasons, such as the absence of positive reinforcement, which account for rational consistent and conscious choices to comply with rules that senior managment choose not to positively reinforce. Worth checking very carefully if you want to get to the influential cultural roots of the issues.
