Good day my learned friends.

Would anyone out there be able to provide me with or guide me in the right direction to where i can obtain a useful and meaningful human behaviuor / safety culture type questionaire / audit. No consultants with a fee need respond - SORRY but i only have a small budget.

Ideally the audit should be based on the Parker and Hudson lead model and even more useful would be and information on or dare i ask for a presentation about the Bradley curve and how the various stages can be overcome to achieve an interdependant employee culture.
